The driver of a van has been reported after police officers discovered children at risk in the vehicle.
A Policing Unit from Leicestershire Police took to social media to post that the van had been sighted by the force's dedicated motorcycle officers, with what appeared to be a child sat on the passenger's lap inside.
After stopping the van in the area and conducting a search, two more children were found sitting in the cabin area.
Officers from Leicestershire Police noted that neither of the children had car seats, as reported by Leicestershire Live.
The force stated that the children had been "put completely at risk".
Officers from the force said that the children were removed from the van and the driver has been reported.
