US Costco shoppers say they 'can't believe this' after seeing UK food court menu

American Costco fans have been left amazed by the food court menus available at stores in the UK. A Reddit user from Phoenix, Arizona, who goes by the name Costco (but isn't linked to Costco Wholesale Corporation), shared his joy at visiting the Liverpool branch.
He posted a photo of the menu on the website, which includes a double chicken fillet sandwich, Aberdeen angus cottage pie, and a mango smoothie.
Posting on Reddit, American customers were stunned, leaving hundreds of comments saying that the UK stores have a "undeniably better" menu than the ones in the States, the Liverpool Echo reports.

As Costco is in several countries the food-court menus do differ. In the UK, for example, you can get BBQ-chicken pizza, jacket potatoes, and caramel fudge sundae.
In America, they serve twisted cinnamon-and-sugar churros, acai bowls, and chilli. One American visitor to the Liverpool store said: "Took a three-day trip to Liverpool and had to stop by. I was like a kid on Christmas!"
Another person asked: "Why does everyone besides the US have undeniably better menus?" Someone else said: "I want that chicken sandwich. Get it together US Costco!" Another Reddit user exclaimed: "Mango smoothie and a barbecue chicken pizza! I can't believe this I must try it!"
Others commenting on the chicken sandwich on the UK menu added: "I am American and my first thought looking at this was I want that ridiculous looking chicken sandwich" and "Dammnn, Costco being super extra with that chicken sandwich."
