A woman who lived with her killer fiancé to help detectives gather vital evidence against him is to launch legal action against police.

Police are investigating the sudden death of a woman in a Kilmarnock park this morning.
Officers raced to the Dean Park at around 7.20am today where a police cordon was set up at the beauty spot.
Four hours after the tragic discovery, police remain at the scene where several exits and entrances have been sealed off near a playpark close to Dean Thistle's ground.
Police are also stationed at Townholm, which is also understood to be linked to the sudden death.
Officials have confirmed that they are treating the death as unexplained at this time although there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.20am on Monday, July 31, police were called to the Dean Park area of Kilmarnock, following the sudden death of a woman.
"Officers remain in the area and the death is being treated as unexplained pending further enquiries, but there is not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.”
