PlayStation Plus titles have been announced, with three new games available for subscribers to download.These include 2020’s RPG Yakuza: Like A Dragon (PS4 and PS5), the remaster collection Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 – Cross-Gen Deluxe Bundle (PS4 and PS5), and indie horror game Little Nightmares (PS4), with all three being available to download from August 2.The Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 – Cross-Gen Deluxe Bundle comes with additional free content, including ‘The Ripper’ skater from Powell-Peralta, retro outfits for Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero and Rodney Mullen, and unique retro content for the Create-A-Skater mode.Yakuza: Like A Dragon marked a turning point for the series when it launched in 2020, shifting the genre’s from beat-’em-up combat to a traditional turn-based RPG system. Meanwhile, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 were enhanced versions of the original classics, integrating elements of later entries into the game to modernise it.
Two huge office buildings could soon be built right next to Co-Op's head office

Two new developments are set to make their way to Angel Square — after plans were submitted for two office buildings. In total, it will add 440,000 sq ft of workspace to the area, which is already home to Co-Op.
The buildings will be known as 2 and 3 Angel Square, and will connect with existing public spaces around the space-age Co-Op headquarters, opposite the CIS Tower. Today, architects Cartwright Pickard have released artistic impressions of how the complex could look.
Other features include: a potential rooftop restaurant, garden terraces including a water feature, a piano nobile terrace overlooking Angel Square, and lower and upper ground floor commercial retail uses. The scheme in NOMA has yet to secure planning permission, however.

“This flagship development will raise the bar in the North by delivering Grade A office space that is truly environmentally friendly for today and tomorrow, as well as providing enhanced amenities that will optimise the workspace,” Dan Hyde, Development Director at real estate asset manager and developer MEPC which is delivering the NOMA masterplan, said.
