Trinny Woodall opens up on dating 'torture' a year on from Charles Saatchi split

Trinny Woodall, known for her role on BBC's What Not to Wear, has hinted that she's ready to start dating again after splitting from Charles Saatchi a year ago. The fashion maven, now 59, was rumoured to have split from advertising executive Charles, now 80, after a decade together early last year, before Trinny went on to confirm that they were no longer in a relationship six months later.
But now, with a whole new year ahead of her, Trinny has revealed she is once again ready to start dating but did admit to feeling "out of her depth" about the whole thing while discussing date outfits with her friend Chloe Dall'Olio. Taking to Instagram, Trinny confessed: "I think I'm a bit of a disaster," as the struggled to pull together the perfect outfit for her first foray into the dating pool since her split.
Wondering aloud if she should wear heels on a first date, Chloe told her: "You need to feel confident" and "You need to feel yourself," as she encouraged the star to wear whatever had her feeling her best. While getting ready, Trinny lamented: "Oh, the drama of going on a bl**dy date," before ultimately settling on a smart navy shirt and trousers with high heels and a big silver necklace for the milestone occasion.
Later, Trinny shared that getting ready for a date can be "torture" as she offered her own expert advice to other women who were in the same position. She said: "For those of you who are also contemplating dating, you might go through the torture that I just went through, and it's about what makes you feel sexy."
