Two men have now been charged.Remez Caffrey, 23, of of Chelston Avenue, Moston and John Chean, 24, of Thirlmere Walk, Kirkby, Merseyside have both been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, amphetamine and cannabis, conspiracy to import cannabis and money laundering.They both appeared at Manchester magistrates’ court yesterday and were remanded in custody ahead of a future court appearance.
