However, this is exactly what Kylie Jenner, 22, and Travis Scott, 28, did, with one purchasing a $36.5 million Holmby Hills estate and the other scoring a $23.5 million Brentwood hilltop home in cash this summer (both are located in ritzy areas of West Los Angeles).

The Astroworld rapper reportedly paid $23.5 million — in cash, mind you — on a three-floor mansion in Brentwood that boasts cinema-worthy views of Los Angeles, TMZ reported on June 19. “Kylie [Jenner] is really happy about Travis’ new home purchase,” a source close to the mother of Travis’ two-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.
