A ‘much-loved’ vacant Victorian pub in south Manchester will be brought back to life after councillors approved plans to convert it into housing.The Tatton Arms in Northenden will be redeveloped to provide seven flats, while an extension built at the back of the building will have 21 apartments.Since closing in 2007 the building, which dates back to 1874, has been subject to vandalism and antisocial behaviour and remains boarded up along the River Mersey.The proposals follow previous failed
