An agoraphobic man, who was hoping to get the jab, died in intensive care with Covid-19 before he could get vaccinated.
Brendon Jones died at North Manchester General Hospital earlier this month after battling the virus for around nine days.
The 33-year-old, who was devoted to his nephews and nieces, had hoped to receive a coronavirus vaccine as soon as he could - but struggled to leave the house.
