Tracy Morgan. The diehard Knicks fan won’t eat anything at the World’s Most Famous Arena when he cheers on New York against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Playoffs Sunday, he dished to The Post.“Well I’m a pescatarian now, so all I eat is fish and vegetables, so I eat before I go,” he said. And the Bed-Stuy native isn’t about to get crabby when it comes to other celeb Knicks fans — the real ones and those only after front-‘roe’ photo ops.“Yo, listen, I can’t be calling people out like that,” he said. “If you a Knick fan, you a Knick fan at heart. I can’t be saying who’s not and who is.
That’s not fair to them.”Morgan is a genuine Knicks fanatic and considers fellow celebs like Spike Lee, Chris Rock, Howard Stern, Jerry Ferrara, 50 Cent, Ben Stiller, Matthew Modine, and Michael Rapaport OG fans too. “Mike is up there with me and Spike,” he said Friday ahead of the Knicks 99-79 win in Game 3. “He’s down with the organization.”The comedian assured that just because you don’t see all the celebrity Knicks fans at games doesn’t mean they’re not supporting the team.“If they’re not there, they’re there in spirit,” said Morgan, 54.
“Trust me, they’re somewhere watching the game, man. When I’m not at the game, I got Knick Night in my house.” Morgan, who is currently on a nationwide comedy tour, couldn’t make Friday’s game, but will at Sunday’s 1 pm tilt.“It ain’t like it’s different now because they’re winning. No, I was with them with they was losing too,” he explained.“I’m not a fair-weather fan.
I’m with the good, bad and ugly. I’m always going to be a fan. I’m a New Yorker.
