Toni Braxton is speaking out about her sister, Traci Braxton's passing. In a virtual appearance on  Tuesday, Toni shared the signs she feels her late sister has been sending her since her death.«I'm a rain girl, I love when it rains. My sister Traci, she loves when it snows, and she died that morning when it was actually pouring down snow in Virginia.
