The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 50, was photographed on Wednesday outside of an L.A.-area pharmacy after she picked up a bottle of water on her way to the gym.

Tom Girardi's law firm, Girardi Keese, is more than $100 million in debt. According to legal docs obtained by Fox News, the business once run by the estranged husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne, is in serious financial crisis.

The hits keep coming. Tom Girardi‘s former law firm, Girardi Keese, is $101 million in debt, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

Tom Girardi can no longer practice law in California federal courts.The embattled attorney and estranged husband of Erika Jayne has been disbarred by a California Federal Court.A source tells ET that Girardi is no longer «allowed to practice in the central district of California for the federal courts but the state bar proceedings are still pending.»The ruling was handed down on Aug. 20, and Girardi reportedly did not contest the decision, according to People.
