Tim McGraw is getting ready to hit the road again!
The 56-year-old country music singer recently announced his new Standing Room Only Tour, which kicks off on March 14, 2024.
In a new interview promoting the tour, Tim was asked if he’s nervous about hitting the stage again amid the recent incidents of concertgoers throwing objects at performers during their shows.

“No,” Tim responded to Entertainment Tonight. “Hopefully I’m still spry, and hope I can dodge and duck and leap.”
Over the past several months, artists including Bebe Rexha, Harry Styles, and Kelsea Ballerini have all been injured after audience members threw objects at the stars on stage.
“I mean it’s absolutely crazy and then you ruin the show for everybody else,” Tim added.
Tim also promised that the tour will be a safe space for everyone, and teased that it will be a “crazy spectacular production.”
“It’s the first time we’ve done an arena tour in a long time. I’m looking forward to it. We’ve got some crazy spectacular production I’m looking forward to everybody seeing. This is probably one of the coolest productions we’ve ever had. We’re gonna blow it out,” Tim said, before clarifying that no pyrotechnic stunts will likely be used during the show.
“I’m not a big pyro guy. I’m scared to death,” Tim added. “I know myself enough that I move around all over the place and sure enough, I’ll be standing right over one of those things when it goes off,” he joked. “We don’t need that. I’d light my ass on fire.”
Tim will be releasing his new album, Standing Room Only, on August 25 before kicking off his tour in March 2024 in Jacksonville, Florida.
