Florence Pugh has been mostly silent about her movie Don’t Worry Darling on her social media pages, but she just wrote a heartfelt open letter about her experience making the movie.

"Don’t Worry Darling" stars Chris Pine and Florence Pugh were both absent from the film’s event in New York City.  The Hollywood actors explained their absence, stating that they are both working on other projects, in a video message ahead of the film’s screening Monday. "Even though I'm working halfway around the world," Pugh said.  "…and I'm all the way in Los Angeles in production myself," Pine added in their joint message.

Jordan Moreau David Harbour will star in Sony and PlayStation Productions’ upcoming video game adaptation “Gran Turismo,” which will be directed by Neill Blomkamp, the filmmaker behind sci-fi hits like “District 9,” “Elysium” and “Chappie.” The film will be released on Aug. 11, 2023. The “Gran Turismo” video games are a series of racing games that date back to 1997, with the most recent entry, “Gran Turismo 7,” launching in March 2022. In total, the “Gran Turismo” franchise has sold more than 80 million copies worldwide. The movie’s logline is as follows: “Based on a true story, the film is the ultimate wish fulfillment tale of a teenage Gran Turismo player whose gaming skills won a series of Nissan competitions to become an actual professional race car driver.”

The curse of the video game movie seems to be officially over. Well, maybe not in terms of quality control, but at least these video game movies like “Sonic the Hedgehog,” “Uncharted,” and “Mortal Kombat” seem to be nabbing audiences.

Marvel has officially confirmed the cast for upcoming film Thunderbolts, featuring Florence Pugh and Sebastian Stan.Pugh will reprise her role of Yelena Belova, who debuted in Black Widow and was last seen in Disney+ series Hawkeye. Stan, meanwhile, will return as Bucky Barnes aka the Winter Soldier, who last played the character in The Falcon And The Winter Soldier.From that same series, Wyatt Russell reprises his role as John Walker aka US Agent, alongside Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
