Fans of This Morning have called for Josie Gibson and Alison Hammond to front the ITV show full time after dubbing footage of the first day back for Holly Willoughby "cringe".

This Morning viewers were quick to cast their verdict as Josie Gibson was joined by a new co-host. In the last few weeks, the former Big Brother winner has been seen hosting the ITV daytime show alongside Craig Doyle, Alison Hammond and Rochelle Humes.
But Rochelle's stint, which started on Monday (August 14), was only short and she confirmed she was off again, with no hint on when she'll be back, at the end of Tuesday's programme (August 15). As they rushed to the end of the show as they ran out of time when chatting to their guest before handing over the Loose Women, Rochelle quickly said to Josie: "I have loved my two days with you."
As her co-host beamed and jumped in for a hug, Rochelle added: "And I will see you soon. You have Steve Jones tomorrow?" to which Josie confirmed: "Yes, catch me tomorrow with Steve Jones," before Rochelle said: "I'll be watching!"

And fans were still surprised when Steve appeared alongside Josie for the mid-week edition of This Morning on Wednesday (August 16). Viewers may know Steve for being the host of Channel 4's teen schedule T4 from 2003 to 2010. He now, however, leads the presenting team on Channel 4 F1.
Kicking off the show, Josie welcomed Steve who shared how he was excited to be working on a programme which has always been part of his life and joked that he's now a 'big boy' as the show reminds him of an adult version of T4. And with the mention of T4, Josie turned to her new co-star and said she was having to 'keep her cool' as she was a big fan.
