Despite suffering from chronic back pain recently, Eamonn Holmes has woken up bright and early in preparation for his return to This Morning today (Monday 5 March).The presenter, who shared a rare snap with his lookalike son, said he had an hour long physio session for his chronic back pain at 4:30am. He told his fans on Twitter: "Hey, busy day so far .....
