The Way is a bold, new and compelling BBC drama about a family faced with an impossible choice - and it starts on Monday 19 February. The three-part series promises to delve into today's social and political landscape is written by James Graham and directed by Michael Sheen - in fact it’s his directorial debut.
The Way tells the story of an ordinary family caught up in extraordinary events when there’s a civil uprising in their hometown and focuses on the Driscoll family as they try to escape Wales.
The cast includes Gavin and Stacey's Steffan Rhodri who said: “I’ve known Michael since I was 16.
We were in the same youth theatre. We’ve got similar backgrounds and passions, so as soon as I read this, I thought, ‘I have to be a part of it.’ It was fantastic to work with Michael for the first time.” Who is in the cast of The Way?
