A Greater Manchester school has revealed how it is supporting dozens of families facing homelessness.

The annual top fifty hospitality 'power list' has been revealed today at the Northern Bar and Restaurant show held in Manchester. A number of local operators from the city's food and drink scene have joined the prestigious ranking.
Back for an eleventh year, the Kuits NRB Top Fifty Hospitality Power List 2024 recognises the the best and most influential hospitality venues from across the north. Judged by a panel of northern hospitality experts, the list includes restaurants and bars that have gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months.
Several Greater Manchester hospitality operators have been inducted into the Top 50 this year, including the Schofield brothers, the siblings behind hit bar Schofield's, which was recently named the best cocktail bar in the UK. They've joined the ranks alongside Salford-born brewery Seven Bro7hers.

New entrants also include Gilpin Hotel and Lake House in the Lake District, House of Tides / Solstice by Kenny Atkinson, Sheffield's The Rockingham Group and Kelham Island Brewery & Leah's Yard, as well as The Star at Harome/Star Inn The City in Yorkshire.
They join an esteemed list of Manchester eateries, bars and operators also on the list including Higher Ground, Mission Mars, Tokyo Industries, Elite Bistros and San Carlo Group. Also included in the Top 50, and local to the area, are NQ64, A Very Inc, Bundobust, Common, Madre, Mowgli Street Food, Revolution Bars, The Alchemist, Archies and The Liars Club Group.
