Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are returning to work! ET confirms that Apple TV+'s will resume production on Oct. 19. This comes after the streaming service announced a production shutdown on March 12 due to the coronavirus pandemic.In addition to revealing the cast and crew's return to set, Apple TV+ also confirms that Steve Carell, who portrays disgraced newsman Mitch Kessler on the show, is returning for the second season.

Steve Carell will be back as on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show! The 58-year-old actor, who plays Mitch Kessler in the series, will return alongside Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon for the official second season. Deadline reports that the series is set to restart filming on the show on Monday, October 19. Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Bel Powley, Karen Pittman and Desean Terry will also return for the show.
