The latest implosion at Netflix, according to five individuals with knowledge of the project, was over budget concerns.

The Inbetweeners actor James Buckley has praised Cameo after the video recording platform made him a millionaire.Last year, Buckley became the first non-US celebrity to make $1million (£920,000) from Cameo.The actor, who played Jay Cartwright on the Channel 4 comedy series, joined the video recording platform in 2020 to allow fans to pay for him to record messages of his catchphrases.Now, he’s called the platform a financial “godsend” and shared his gratitude for the ability to make money there.Speaking on Big Fish, the podcast of Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, Buckley said:“It was a godsend financially. But I never wanted to take the p*ss, again I’m in the business of making people happy – I don’t want to rip people off, I charge 40 quid.“Two mates can go in 20 quid each for their other mate down the pub and I call him a bus wanker and take the piss out of him and it makes a lot of people happy.”Discussing how many videos he has made, Buckley added: “I have done 10s of thousands.

Glimpses of Marley performing on stage to the singer relaxing with his family paint a picture of his life. The trailer, too, sets the scene for Marley’s assassination attempt, which he survived. By the end, viewers are left with a parting phrase: “One love, one heart, one destiny.” 

NCT 127 will star in their own documentary series called The Lost Boys, set to debut on Disney+ this August.In a press release today (June 6), Disney+ announced that the upcoming four-part NCT 127: The Lost Boys will follow the K-pop boyband as they “take time to pause and reflect on their success”.The nine-member group – made up of Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark and Haechan – will open up about their childhoods and feelings about their international success over the course of the series.Notably, each episode of the docu-series will “focus on two-to-three members of the group as they talk about their past”, alongside never-before-seen interviews and exclusive footage.NCT 127: The Lost Boys is directed by Pak Jayil (2020 short film Georgia), and is created by Cho Youngchul (So Not Worth It) and Yim Pilsung (Persona). The series will debut on August 30 with its first two episodes, with the final two premiering on September 6.NCT 127 member Taeyong made his solo debut with ‘SHALALA’ in June.

Charna Flam Prime Video released the first official trailer for its upcoming original series, “The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart,” which will premiere on Aug. 4. The series will drop with the first three episodes and will be followed by a weekly rollout of the remaining four episodes until the series finale on Sept. 1. Sigourney Weaver stars as June Hart, alongside Asher Keddie as Sally Morgan, Leah Purcell as Twig North, Frankie Adams as Candy Blue, Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alice Hart, as well as Alexander England, Charlie Vickers, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Sebastián Zurita, Alyla Browne and Xavier Samuel. The new series is based on Holly Ringland’s 2018 debut novel of the same name, which chronicles the story of Alice Hart, her family and their dynamics in the Australian outback. “When Alice, aged 9, tragically loses her parents in a mysterious fire, she is taken to live with her grandmother June at Thornfield flower farm, where she learns that there are secrets within secrets about her and her family’s past. As she grows from her complicated past, Alice’s journey builds to an emotional climax when she finds herself fighting for her life against a man she loves,” per the official press release.
