The King: Eternal Monarch: Lee Min Ho starrer mocked for subpar CGI quality in episode 5

The South Korean actor marks his return to the small screen after completing his military enlistment with the SBS drama. Although the K-Drama series is getting mixed reactions from fans, Min Ho still holds a special place in everyone's hearts. However, a BTS fan reimagined the series with the band's eldest member Jin. The ARMY member took to Twitter to share their views with a poster. 

While Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun's chemistry in the spotlight of The King: Eternal Monarch, fans are enjoying Woo Do Hwan's bond with Min Ho and Go Eun off-screen as well. The actor plays dual roles in the show. In the Republic of Korea, the actor essays the role of Jo Eun-Sup, a happy-go-lucky public worker, who shares a little brother like relationship with Go Eun's Jung Tae Eul. Whereas in the Kingdom of Corea, the actor plays the chief royal guard Jo Yeong who protects Min Ho's Lee Gon. 

Just as the Korean pop industry was coming to terms with the developments involving BTS‘s Jungkook, SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu, NCT‘s Jaehyun, and ASTRO‘s Cha Eun Woo, the Korean entertainment industry finds itself tackling Cheongdam Party controversy.  Sports Kyunghyang reported that actress Once Again star Lee Min Jung, former After School member Lee Joo Yeon, T-Ara’s Hyomin, and actress Kim Hee Jung were spotted at a birthday party near Itaewon.

The SBS show recorded its worst rating over the weekend with the premiere of its ninth episode on Friday. However, the graph rose a little on Saturday, with the premiere of the tenth episode. Nevertheless, the most anticipated show of the year hasn't matched up to the expectations, bowing down to its competition The World of the Married. 

Creating a stir amongst several Korean dramas is The World of the Married and it's for all the right reasons! Starring Kim Hee-ae as Ji Sun-woo, Park Hae-joon as Lee Tae-oh and Han So-hee as Yeo Da-kyung in the lead roles, this spicy K-drama looks into a love triangle where a married couple's life is turned upside down when the husband begins having an affair with another woman.

The King: Eternal Monarch has been struggling with ratings in South Korea but that isn't bringing Kim Go Eun's spirits down. The actress, who plays detective Jung Tae Eul on the series, has been sharing some heartwarming moments from the series. Today, Go Eun took to Instagram and shared three photos from the sets. In the candid photos from the sets, the gorgeous star appears to have a good time with his co-stars. The photos have been shot amid takes from the police station. 

Lee Min Ho was pleasantly surprised to have received a gift from his friend, South Korean actor Lee Jung Jea. The Cheif of Staff star sent the actor a blue coffee truck on the sets of The King: Eternal Monarch to shower Min Ho with support. The actor took to Instagram to share pictures of his gift. Min Ho stood by the stuck holding a cold-brewed coffee to share a glimpse of his gift with his fans on social media. 

Lee Min Ho takes our breath away every time he appears on the screen. The actor is currently colouring the small screen in the shades of regal with The King: Eternal Monarch. While he has already won fans over with his imperial persona, off-screen the actor has left his staff in splits. The South Korean actor took to Instagram to share a video featuring his team of women. The video sees him and his team enjoying a swirl of ice cream. 

It has been four weeks since premiered. The SBS South Korean drama series stars Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun in the lead role with Woo Do-hwan, Jung Eun-chae, Lee Jung-jin and Kim Kyung-nam in prominent supporting roles. While the series has been riding the troubled tides when it comes to the ratings owing to several reasons (including Min Ho and Go Eun's underdeveloped chemistry), there are five interesting aspects of The King: Eternal Monarch that makes the series worth your time.

Through the last few episodes aired, love is blooming between Lee Gon and Jung Tae‑eul as they juggle between the two universe. While their adorable moments have been winning hearts, it seems like the couple is ready to take their relationship to the next level. There is no denying that South Korean actors have one of the most attractive features. The actors not only are good looking faces but can also deliver versatile performances.

The King: Eternal Monarch witnessed the lowest rating since the show began over the weekend. The Lee Min-Ho and Kim Go-Eun starrer has run a course of eight episodes over the past four weeks.

For 14 long years, Lee Min-Ho has time and again made our hearts skip a beat. The South Korean actor has played several roles on small screen shows. While one of his most popular series is The Heirs, he left us begging for more when he starred in K-Dramas like Legends of the Blue Sea, Boys Over Flowers and Faith. The actor continues to make us go weak in our knees as he stars in The King: Eternal Monarch. Over the weekend, fans of the actor marked his 14-year-long journey in the industry. 

shows will always have our hearts. Give us a list of shows and we would have either probably binged-watched it or it would be a part of our to-watch list to finish during the lockdown. There are numerous actors who have had us go weak in the knee. We've also developed a massive girl crush on a few gorgeous and talented Korean actresses. But there are a handful of couples that have our hearts forever owing to their undeniable chemistry and oomph.
