The month of January has seen some epic shows come to an end. From Arrow to Bojack Horseman, the shows are leaving a major section of fans teary eyed. The latest one to join the lot is NBC's beloved The Good Place. The Kristen Bell starrer came to an end on Friday and left many fans with a bittersweet finale. While we won't give you spoliers just yet, the cast bid goodbye to the show with some memorable pictures and captions.

The acclaimed comedy wrapped up the stories of Eleanor, Michael, Janet, Chidi, Tahani and Jason with touching scenes that were just as hard for The Good Place cast of film as it was for the cast and crew to produce.
Damon Lindelof has been spiritually linked to NBC’s “The Good Place” since its launch in 2016. Not only did Drew Goddard, an alum of Lindelof’s “Lost,” direct the pilot and serve as an executive producer, but creator Mike Schur had turned to “The Leftovers” and “Watchmen” showrunner for advice on how to craft a serialized comedy tackling subjects like philosophy, humanity and mortality.
This is it. The Good Place is over. The acclaimed NBC comedy wrapped up its four-season run on Thursday, Jan. 30 with an emotional farewell that tied up the various journeys of the Soul Squad—Eleanor (Kristen Bell), Jason (Manny Jacinto), Tahani (Jameela Jamil), Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Janet (D'Arcy Carden) and Michael (Ted Danson)—in tidy fashion. There was closure, notes of hope and so many jokes.
On NBC's The Good Place, the actual Good Place (heaven, if you will), occupants can live out all their dreams. They can travel anywhere, they can eat anything, it's what makes the dead person happy. For Eleanor (Kristen Bell), there's endless margaritas and a bedpan used by Stone Cold Steve Austin in a WWE fight. For Kristen Bell? Well, her Good Place is a little different.

Deep into the first season of “BoJack Horseman,” the horse man himself stands at a microphone and asks — no, begs — his friend to tell him that he’s “a good person.” Fresh off yet another useless bender that left him right back where he started, BoJack is desperate for validation, almost literally dying to hear that he’s not, in fact, the monster he’s long suspected himself to be.
The Good Place experiment is over. Eleanor, Chidi, Jason, Tahani and their former demon torturer Michael, as well as the all-knowing Janet, have proved humans can get better as long as they try. Trying is what counts, and the cockroaches have saved themselves—and humanity. They're in the Good Place and now The Good Place is ending after four seasons of laughs and philosophy. How it all ends is being kept under serious wraps.
is headed to the afterlife on Thursday, signing off after four seasons of existential entertainment, and while the cast is sad to see it go, they're happy to have been able to end things on their own terms.
