The film, which stars controversial actor Ezra Miller, is still set to be released, according to Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav.
The CEO made the announcement during a Q2 earnings call on Thursday (August 4), which comes after several headlines, arrests and allegations against the 29-year-old star, who is accused of harassment and harboring young children in an unsafe environment, among other stories.

“We have seen The Flash, Black Adam and Shazam 2,” he said during the call.
“We are very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better.”
The film is scheduled to have a June 23, 2023 theatrical release date.
The CEO also defended their decision to scrap Batgirl on the call, despite having completed filming already.
