'The Dropout': Amanda Seyfried Breaks Down Her Awkward Dancing as Elizabeth Holmes (Exclusive)

It wouldn’t be “Ted” without Seth MacFarlane’s iconic voice. Lucky for us, the actor is set to reprise his voice role as the foul-mouthed teddy bear for the upcoming live action series at Peacock.The streamer announced Wednesday that, in addition directing, writing, executive producing, and co-showrunning, MacFarlane would also be lending his voice to the role once again.He will be joined by stars Giorgia Whigham, Max Burkholder and Scott Grimes.

The Dropout, wore a ’fit to a screening of the series finale at the Paramount Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, April 11: a kelly green minidress with chunky platform sandals. Amanda’s green minidress falls several inches above her knees, with short sleeves and a modest V-neck (this dress really lets the legs do all the work). Meriwether incorporated information from personal texts between Holmes and boyfriend/partner Sunny Balwani that came out as evidence during the trial.

Hulu’s terrific hit mini-series “The Dropout” from showrunner/writer/creator Elizabeth Meriwether (“New Girl”), starring Amanda Seyfried (“Mank”), is easily one of our favorite shows of the year thus far. The mini-series was terrific (read our review here), and Seyfried’s performance is outstanding, and surely Emmy bound.
