Things seem to be going pretty well for Mattson Tomlin over the past couple of years. Not only is he celebrating the recent release of the Netflix action feature, “Project Power,” which he wrote, but he’s also basking in the adoration from DC fans after “The Batman” teaser trailer was released and people instantly fell in love with what he and director Matt Reeves have cooked up.

The first project being developed under the deal is the series “The Occupant.” Kusama is attached to direct with Manfredi and Hay attached to write.
