Clayton Echard‘s season of The Bachelor has officially ended and it has made history as the most surprising finale of all time.
Something happened in the finale that has never happened before in the franchise.

Night one of the finale aired on Monday (March 14) and we saw Clayton‘s “rose ceremony from hell,” in which he told final two contestants Gabby and Rachel that Susie decided to leave after he told her that he slept with them and was in love with all three of them.
For a detailed recap of night one, check out our previous post. Quickly, you just need to know that Clayton convinced them both to stay in Iceland and meet his parents, but then he decided he still was in love with Susie.
From left to right: Gabby, Rachel, and SusieNight two of the finale on Tuesday (March 15) began with Clayton reuniting with Susie, who visited his hotel room to meet his parents briefly. She asked to speak with him alone outside and she told him how he humiliated her.
“You made me feel wrong and bad and that to me was the heartbreak,” Susie said.
Clayton asked Susie if she’d give him a second chance and that he doesn’t want to lose her. She said that she still doesn’t know if she can continue with him.
Clayton then went to see Gabby and Rachel… and he broke up with them AT THE SAME TIME. After having private chats with both of them, the show cut to present day and showed the two of them reuniting with Clayton live on the finale and confronting him about his actions.
