Terry Levene, Founder of Aquarius Releasing, Dies at 90

Pat Saperstein Deputy Editor Iris Apfel, who became a fashion icon known for her vast, colorful, eclectic wardrobe and was the subject of Albert Maysles‘ 2014 documentary “Iris,” died Friday. She was 102. Apfel died at her home in Palm Beach, Fla., according to the New York Times.

Discworld is being turned into a tabletop roleplaying game.Tabletop publisher Modiphius Entertainment has secured the rights to the series, and will be launching a Kickstarter campaign for the tabletop roleplaying game later this year. Die Hard 2, Porky’s and The Wanderers, has died at the age of 64.The news was confirmed on social media by Ganios’ fiancée, Amanda Serrano-Ganios, who said that he became ill last week and was treated in hospital for a spinal cord infection, before passing away on Sunday (February 18) from heart failure.Known for playing New York Italian-American tough guys, Ganios made his film debut in the cult 1979 coming-of-age film The Wanderers. Cynthia Littleton Business Editor Bill Weinstein has exited Verve talent agency after a little more than a year as CEO and 14 years after he helped launch the literary boutique on the heels of Endeavor’s takeover of the William Morris Agency. The parting was confirmed late Monday by Verve in a statement. “We thank Bill as a co-founder and for his 14 years of service and wish him nothing but success in his future,” read a statement attributed to “Verve leadership.” The agency also confirmed that Weinstein’s role as CEO would not be filled but rather “shared by the founders and managing partner.” Weinstein could not immediately be reached for comment.
