A teenage boy who was arrested on suspicion of the rape of a girl in Leigh has been bailed.
Yesterday (Saturday) police revealed details of the incident which happened near Westleigh Park on Thursday, April 22.
The 14-year-old girl was walking on open land to the south of the park between 4pm and 5.30pm when she was approached by a male.
He pulled her into some bushes before raping her Greater Manchester Police
