James McClain Fresh off selling his legendary Beverly Hills estate to Jeff Bezos for a California record $165 million, multibillionaire mogul David Geffen has opted to downsize his living circumstances, in a manner of speaking, by purchasing a nearby compound that also boasts Old Hollywood ties.The Los Angeles Times first reported rumors of the impending transaction, and now sources say the deal is essentially done.

Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and West Hollywood have announced another round of curfews for Wednesday night beginning at 1 p.m. for business districts and 4 p.m. citywide for Beverly Hills, and 6 p.m. citywide for Santa Monica and WeHo.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are on the move! The pair is parting with the first home they ever owned together, and asking $14 million for the traditional, East Coast style estate. They purchased the property in May 2014 after selling their respective bachelor and bachelorette pads, and prior to their July 2015 marriage.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are looking to get out of LA’s high-end real estate market, which has been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic since it first started taking hold in the United States back in March of this year. Page Six reported today that the two actors are asking for $14 million for their home in Coldwater Canyon.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis will no longer be hanging out, down the street from their Beverly Hills home.  According to Variety, the A-list couple is seeking for $14 million for the keys to their picturesque property.

Justin Bieber took a break from quarantine to go for a barefoot bike ride in Beverly Hills. The “Sorry” hitmaker touched down in California on May 21 after a lengthy lockdown in Canada with his wife Hailey Baldwin, 23, and hit the streets in a bright yellow hoodie as he zoomed around on his motorized bike.
