Actor Mark Blum, known for his work in theater as well as in films “Desperately Seeking Susan,” “Crocodile Dundee” and the Netflix series “You,” died at age 69  due to complications from the coronavirus. Blum's widow, Janet Zarish confirmed reports of Blum's death to Fox News.

Mark Blum, a veteran stage actor who also appeared in dozens and dozens of movies and TV shows, has died due to complications from COVID-19, aka the Coronavirus.

Actor Mark Blum, known for playing Madonna’s love interest in the legendary 1985 New York City film “Desperately Seeking Susan,” has passed away due to coronavirus complications. He was 69.
