Strictly Come Dancing star Tom Fletcher and his professional dance partner Amy Dowden's first dance back to the show has been revealed. The McFly star, 36, and pro, 31, had to miss last week's episode due to them both testing positive for Covid with the duo since "self-isolating separately".

Rylan Clark-Neal confirmed on Monday that Tom Fletcher and Amy Dowden will be making their return to Strictly Come Dancing on the October 9 show following their quarantine.The McFly musician and his professional dance partner will be missing this Saturday’s show after testing positive for Covid-19 but are set to return the week after. Rylan confirmed the news in the premiere episode of It Takes Two on Monday.

The Strictly Come Dancing celebrities and professionals have rallied around Tom Fletcher and Amy Dowden after they tested positive for Covid-19, meaning they will be forced to miss this weekend's live show. On Sunday the McFly Instagram account revealed that Tom wouldn’t be performing at their show in Glasgow as he was “unwell”, with the 36 year old telling their fans he was “so sorry”.
