Shirley Ballas gave fans an update on Friday as she explained that she was waiting for her test results after undergoing scans on her organs at Kings College Hospital, London. Taking to Instagram, the Strictly Come Dancing judge, 61, shared a candid post where she praised one of the nurses for her "beautiful bedside manner" after sensing that she was nervous during the examination.
