Longtime comedy collaborators Steve Martin and Martin Short are reuniting for a new TV series.
The old pals have scored a straight-to-series order for an as-yet-untitled show from bosses at streaming service Hulu.
The project was co-created by Martin and Grace and Frankie writer John Hoffman, and revolves around three strangers who discover they are all obsessed with true crime, as they find themselves caught up in the middle of one such case.

Jenna Dewan’s time at Netflix has been cut short., the scripted musical drama series created by Joshua Safran, was canceled after one season, ET has learned.
While it might not have a host but the Academy has made sure that Oscars 2020 stays star-studded all through the night. Oscars has announced the lineup of presenters for the upcoming ceremony and it includes all the big names.

APA partners and co-heads of worldwide music Steve Martin and Bruce Solar have jointly announced the hire of veteran music agents Chyna Chuan-Farrell and Akiko Rogers. Both Chuan-Farrell and Rogers have been named senior vps in APA’s concert division.
Considering the high voltage drama that constantly surrounds the royal family of Britain, it was only a matter of time until someone decided to put a comic spin to the story and feature it on television. HBO called the dibs on that and has greenlit an animated comedy that will show the royal family through Prince George's eyes.

The streaming service announced Friday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that it has given a straight-to-series order for a new series starring Martin Short and Steve Martin.
