In the episode, Peacemaker says that Green Arrow “goes to Brony conventions dressed as the back half of Twilight Sparkle with a four-inch-wide butthole drilled in the costume.”
If you didn’t know, Stephen played the Green Arrow for six years on The CW series Arrow.
Journalist Andy Behbakht then screenshotted the Peacemaker joke on Twitter and tweeted Stephen, asking what his thoughts are about the diss.
Stephen then responded, tweeting, “Haven’t seen it. Too busy showing Cena what professional wrestling should actually look like on tv.”
Stephen is clearly throwing a dig at John, who was a WWE star for years before he got into acting. Stephen now plays a wrestler on the Starz series Heels.
As of right now, John Cena has not responded to Stephen Amell‘s dig.
