In between filming a reality show, taking her podcast on a cross-country bus tour and, oh yeah, writing a The New York Times bestseller, Stassi Schroeder has also managed to squeeze in some time to purchase a house. “Homeowners AF,” the Vanderpump Rules star captioned a photo of herself and her fiancé Beau Clark outside the front of their new Mediterranean-style manse, which, by the way cost a whopping $1.7 million!

According to Stassi Schroeder, 31, her ex-boyfriend Jax Taylor, 40, owes her for his reality career! “He was not even supposed to be on Vanderpump Rules,” Stassi spilled to co-star Lala Kent and her fiancee Randall Emmett on the debut episode for their podcast, Give Them Lala…with Randall.

Like many of their Bravolebrity cast mates did last year, recently engaged “Vanderpump Rules” stars Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark have splurged on a pricey Los Angeles residence. The reality TV couple announced the not quite $1.7 million purchase over the weekend via Instagram.
