Stacey Solomon proved she is like much of the rest of us as she declared 'I hate this' before addressing her fans' observation during her latest workout. The Sort Your Life Out host has been keeping her loyal followers updated on her fitness journey after making a vow earlier this year.
After showing her home gym for the first time, Stacey jokingly compared what was a cobweb-filled space to Mrs Haversham's home after neglecting the area. The room, which had been branded with large white writing on the floor spelling out 'Pickles Gym', had simply been left to collect dust - as did the exercise equipment acquired by her husband Joe Swash.
It is then she made a vow, telling her fans: "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate waste more so maybe this will be good for me."

And Stacey has been true to her word and recently revealed how she had enlisted the help of her big sister, Samantha. She said in a social media post earlier this month: "I finally plucked up the courage to ask my biggest sister to help me! She's an actual trainer and it may sound silly because she's my sister and bloody lovely, but I didn't want to ask her until I'd got myself to a point where I felt stronger."
And the doting mum-of-five is clearly thrilled with her progress as she shared her latest update on Wednesday (July 26). Stacey could be seen outside her home gym, overlooking the sprawling garden of their home dubbed Pickle Cottage, due to Stacey's nickname for her children.
