Stacey Solomon urged followers “not to judge” her after they noticed her strange teeth-brushing habit in a video on Tuesday. Stacey, 33, received some shocked comments from fans after she filmed herself brushing her teeth as she got ready for a busy day.
With her toothbrush hanging out of her mouth, she said: "I just wanted to come on here while I’m rushing around for this shoot to say sorry about how rubbish I’ve been." The Loose Women star then swallowed her toothpaste, as she continued: "As soon as this crazy week is out of the way I can do some fun stuff.” Stacey was seen in a following video on her way to work, as she shared a comment from a concerned fan, that read: "Stacey you didn’t just swallow your tooth paste did you?" She captioned in response: "Oh my God, my inbox! don’t judge me!” Stacey added in the video: “I did. And I had a moment of realisation where I was like, ‘I definitely can’t spit this out in front of you…I’m going to have to eat it!’ “I’m sorry, I was just trying to do 100 things at once and I’m rubbish at it.
So yeah…my breakfast was toothpaste!” Despite the backlash received for her teeth-brushing habit, Stacey might be onto something with her routine. Retaining toothpaste in the mouth for longer can actually improve the condition of teeth, as toothpaste contains fluoride, which strengthens enamel.This prevents cavities, making teeth healthier – though toothpaste should still be spat out afterwards.
