Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon has shared her method to tackle her fear of public speaking as she returns to work following the birth of her fifth child. Back in February, Stacey and husband Joe Swash, 41, welcomed their third child into the world, daughter Belle, and the duo have had their hands full ever since.
As 33 year old Stacey prepared to get back into the swing of things and return to work, she admitted to her 5.6million Instagram followers that she was nervous about leaving her home, called Pickle Cottage. Stacey has become somewhat of a star on the social media platform as she shares her day-to-day life with an insight into her home life with Joe and the children.
Recently the Sort Your Life Out host shared that she was off to talk on a panel as one of her first jobs back at work. Speaking openly about her nerves, Stacey told her followers saying: "I can honestly say these are the jobs that scare me the most! "I love speaking on here no matter how many people are watching because I honestly feel like I'm chatting with my mates." She continued to say: "But public speaking in front of a room full of actual humans is way scarier! "But I am excited & I'll just imagine it's an audience of cute puppies." In the snap where Stacey shared the news ,she wore a beautiful white and pink floral dress that is from her own collection with the brand In The Style.
In April Stacey shared an update on her daughter Belle with her loyal followers, saying that when Belle smiles back at her it is the "best feeling in the world".The caption on the snaps said: "Happy Belle. When they start properly smiling back at you….It’s just the best feeling in the world.
