Stacey Solomon found herself having an emotional evening as she publically shared her support to her husband Joe Swash as his most personal project to date hit screens. And not only that, she also became another step closer to watching her son leave primary school for the last time.
Starting with Joe, 41, and on Tuesday night (July 11), the former EastEnders actor was seen exploring the stories of teenagers in care after being inspired by his own mum, Kiffy, who became a foster parent once her own children got older.
Airing on BBC One, Joe Swash: Teens in Care saw the actor-turned-presenter and TV personality meeting youngsters over the age of 16, who are the largest growing cohort in both child protection and care, to hear about their experiences and what support is available once they turn 18 and are left out of the care system.

The documentary also featured Joe's wife Stacey, 33, who Joe was seen crying to after one of his visits to see the teens in foster care as he imagined it being his own young daughter Rose, now 20 months, as it was filmed before Stacey gave birth to their second daughter together, Belle, earlier this year.
Taking to Instagram as the documentary aired, Stacey filmed the family's TV as they watched it live together. "Now crying watching Joe's documentary..." she wrote to her more than five million followers with a crying emoji.
She then added: "So proud of you @realjoeswashy #teensincare @bbciplayer." And it was an emotional night for Stacey as it came after she watched her son in his last primary school play.
