Stacey Solomon got emotional as she told her fans about the "last episode" of her show, Sort Your Life Out, as she issued a plea to the BBC for "more episodes".The final episode of the latest series aired on Tuesday, 2 April.The show came back to BBC One last month and Stacey, who is 34, and her pals - Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Rob Bent - have been helping families tidy up their homes in a big way. In the last episode, the team helped a couple named Martin and Shirley make their house neat after their two adopted girls left home. Martin and Shirley want to open their home to a foster child when they stop working.
