Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, is asking the court to force the star to hand over bank and credit card statements as well as contracts highlighting «anticipated income» amid their contentious battle over how much the actor should fork over each month in child support as their tumultuous divorce case continues to drag on.In new legal documents filed Monday in Santa Barbara County Superior Court and obtained by ET, Baumgartner accuses Costner, 68, of being «evasive» about his finances. She also claims that whatever documents Costner has turned over have, so far, been «deficient.»Baumgartner, 49, claims Costner has «failed to produce a myriad of bank account and credit card statements which are directly relevant» to the contested child support matter.
