Sony announces ‘The Future Of Gaming’ event for PlayStation 5 games

Video game marketing and consulting firm Mobile Game Partners and video game agency Digital Development Management unveiled Wednesday the formation of ChargeUp Games, a new mobile publisher.

Sony has no intentions on slowing down its plans for PlayStation 5 exclusive games, according to a PlayStation Europe executive.Simon Rutter, PlayStation Europe’s executive vice president, recently told The Guardian that exclusives are “hugely important” for the upcoming next-gen console. “More important, I think, than they’ve ever been.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Network Europe has been fined $3.5 million (£2.8m) by an Australian court after refusing to refund customers who are believed to have purchased faulty digital products.The case came to light after four consumers came forward due to Sony refusing to refund digital purchases that had been downloaded or where 14 days had passed since the purchase was made. A fifth consumer was offered a refund via digital PlayStation credit.
