Song Joong Ki steps down from upcoming Korean movie due to THIS reason

BTS is keeping themselves very busy, in spite of the entire glove slowing down due to the COVID-19 situation. ARMY are being treated with new content every week as the septet is giving it their all to keep the fandom entertained during such troubling times.

For K-drama enthusiasts, Crash Landing on You almost feels like home. The 2020 drama managed to win millions of hearts for its star-crossed lovers' storyline which centered on Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin), a South Korean heiress who gets swept across to North Korea into the strong hands of Ri Jeong-hyeok (Hyun Bin), a North Korean captain in the Korean People's Army.

BTS members Jimin and Jungkook hosted a Vlive today where they were seen cooking a Korean delicacy. While Jinkook gave fans numerous moments to gush about, including the duo feeding each other and holding hands during the session, V stans were thrilled when Kim Taehyung called the duo during their live.

Trust BTS to brighten up our gloomy Sunday. The Bangtan Boys have been busy off-late as they recently concluded the seventh-anniversary celebrations and dropped their new song Stay Gold.

Song Joong-ki had an extremely busy 2020 ahead of him as he not only had a film up for release in the summer, Space Sweepers, but he was also in the midst of shooting for Bogota in Columbia. Then, there was also Season of You and Me, which was a biopic based on the late singer-songwriter, Yoo Jae-ha.

One of the most beloved K-dramas to come out this year was definitely Crash Landing on You starring the gorgeous pair of Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin. For the unversed, the storyline of CLOY centered around the star-crossed love story between North Korean Ri Jeong-hyeok, a captain in the Korean People's Army and South Korean Yoon Se-ri, heiress to the Queen's Group.

The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the releases of numerous international films, including the Korean movie industry. While filming has been obviously impacted, it has now been revealed that the release date of an upcoming Song Joong Ki movie has also been affected due to the Coronavirus crisis.

BTS continues its FESTA 2020 celebrations with new set of family portraits. The Korean pop band, which celebrates its seventh anniversary this year, has been showering the ARMY with love via new songs, choreography videos, and aesthetic family portraits.

BTS’ Jungkook has shared a new solo song, ‘Still With You’, as part of the band’s Festa celebrations.The annual Festa commemorates the anniversary of the Korean group’s debut, with 2020 marking their seventh year together.‘Still With You’ is Jungkook’s first original solo release outside of the band’s main catalogue and was released for free on BTS’ Soundcloud yesterday (June 4).

BLINKS had a great start to the week when YG Entertainment made a special announcement regarding BLACKPINK. Fans of the K-Pop band were preparing themselves for a three-part comeback this year put together by the talented Korean girl group.

Last year, BTS scored the most-liked tweet courtesy Jungkook. Kookie posted a video on the band's official Twitter account where he was dancing to Billie Eilish's Bad Guy. The ARMY showered him with love and as a result, the "Duh" tweet made history. However, he wasn't the only Korean celebrity who was hooked to the English song last year. We've discovered a video on Lee Min Ho's official Instagram account that shows the lead of The King: Eternal Monarch that shows he also enjoyed the song. 

Korean entertainment, in a nutshell, has taken over on a global scale. Whether it be their addictive tunes or their content-driven yet guilty pleasure K-dramas, there's something in store for everybody.
