Roman Kemp is set to release a book on mental health and suicide following the death of his best friend, who devastatingly took his own life during the pandemic.The book, titled Are You Really OK?, will see the 29 year old Capital Breakfast host tell "hilarious and surprising" stories from his youth, as well as exploring the taboo of suicide, sharing his own advice and experiences in a bid to help others. Throughout his career, Roman has worked to break the stigma surrounding mental health, having battled depression since the age of 15 and once contemplating suicide himself.
