Williams, an entertainment lawyer, has worked in business affairs at Amazon Studios, UTA, Endemol Shine North America and the former Viacom (Comedy Central and BET Networks).

Nendick will now oversee all finance and accounting operations across the sports division with a role in the division’s strategic development and upcoming projects including premium scripted and unscripted sports-related content, documentaries, and events.
Williams will head all business and legal affairs related to film, television and documentaries development, production and distribution for the division and focus on operations for Skydance Sports.
