The son of Simon Cowell, and the daughter of Amanda Holden, made a sweet appearance on Britain's Got Talent on Sunday (26 May) night, much to the delight of the audience. Eric, 10, and Hollie, 12, who are rarely seen on TV, watched the show from the audience, only to leap out of their seats after an incredible act.
In the recent episode of BGT, initial auditions were still underway and one talent that caught attention was Haribow - a Japanese skipping act. After a magnificent performance of street dance, while skipping through jump ropes, the audience was sent into a frenzy as they begged the judges to give them a golden buzzer - meaning they'd secure an automatic place in the live shows.
Despite the uproar from the audience, the judges had their hands tied as they had all already used their golden buzzer.
Taken aback by the reaction, Simon said "My son is literally going crazy right now", before adding: "I've "never ever heard a reaction like that before" Then in a surprising move, Simon pointed to Eric and Hollie, who had been joyfully watching the performance in the audience together, and said: "Okay… alright… You do it".
The two kids leapt out of their seats and ran to the judge's table in excitement to press the golden buzzer. The crowd erupted into cheers, Amanda was left in shock as she exclaimed to her daughter "Hollie!", while Simon laughed before holding his hands over his ears in response to the audience's uproar.
Eric and Hollie continued to celebrate their win as they jumped around and beamed delightfully. Haribow, all aged between 22 and 24, jumped around on stage following their triumphant success before Simon said to them: "That was my son, Amanda's daughter, egged on by the audience.
