Simon Cowell is speaking out about getting injected with facial fillers for years and then realizing he had to stop.
The 62-year-old entertainer revealed he “may have gone a bit too far” with his injections, and now has permanently stopped.

“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far,” Simon told The Sun. “I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day and didn’t recognize it as me.”
He said he thought he ended up looking “like something out of a horror film,” and his 8-year-old son Eric was becoming upset.
“Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero. There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other,” Simon said.
“But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.”
