Shakira has announced the release of her new single, Don't Wait Up, set to drop this Friday (July 16).
The track will serve as the Latin pop superstar's first English-language single in five years and the lead single from her fifth English studio album.
Don't Wait Up was trailed by a wipe of Shakira's social media accounts, before a teaser image hinting at the song's release through a text conversation was released via the singer's Instagram.
