During episode seven, Chelsea Lazkani reveals to Jason that she has found a buyer for his listing in Franklin and that they have an "astounding offer".
Jason, who had promised Chelsea a desk at the Oppenheim Group if she brought an offer on his listing, is left seriously impressed as he goes to make a call to his client. However, eagle-eyed viewers were left distracted during the scenes as they spotted a rather awkward phone blunder.

However, Jason has now hit back at the fan speculation as he insisted to TMZ: "It was not a fake phone call!" The real estate broker even proved that he didn't make a "fake call" as he rang his assistant while having his camera open, he added to the publication: "It’s not that complicated, of course it was a real call as I know that this works!"
