Hospitality workers have gathered outside Scottish pub group MacMerry's flagship central London bar to protest ongoing issues with pay, pensions and the treatment of staff.
Bartenders and representatives from trade union Unite are picketing the Abandon Ship London bar in Covent Garden as part of an ongoing protest against MacMerry's alleged mistreatment of staff.
MacMerry - which operates the Abandon Ship bars in Glasgow, Dundee and London as well as other theme bars and cafes like Draffens and Gracie's - have been in a union-led dispute with staff since January.

Workers also complained that tax and pensions were being deducted from their pay but were not being passed to HMRC or pension provider Nest.
And since the dispute began, workers report that they are being victimised for signing the collective grievance.
But the firm's directors Phil Donaldson and AJ McMenemy - along with graphic designer Richard Davies - continue to insist that problems are being overstated.
They have accused staff, Unite and the press of trying to drive the company out of business.
The dispute has now caught the eye of national union chiefs, who have expressed solidarity with the Macmerry staff.
Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said: “It is great to see solidarity between Unite members and US union, Unite Here, joining together to fight MacMerry’s failure to protect its workers.
“MacMerry claims to be acting upon their workers’ very serious grievances, but these are empty words – in fact, things are getting worse for the workforce as MacMerry is now targeting Unite
